Your item will be shipped within 2-5 working day
We use DHL as our mail service.
Delivery within DHL normally takes 2-5 working days, and you can choose between insured or normal tracked shipping. Insured shipping requires a signature upon receipt of the parcel.

We provide full tracking information via e-mail.
You’ll find the tracking link for your estimated delivery date in your order confirmation. If the tracking doesn’t show any updates or is blank,

please wait until your estimated delivery date for your order to be delivered.
There may be a delay with your tracking being updated, but it should update soon. 
NOUFAY is not responsible for any delays or lost orders however, we will do our utmost best to assist you in case there is an issue.

It’s not possible to return our pre loved pieces.
All sales are final. Please ensure you read all product descriptions/conditions, carefully review the pictures, and check measurements before buying.
